After months of planning and collaborative efforts to help bring this project to life, our PPS Engineers Kevin Gallagher and Andrew Hood were proud to join Missouri Public Utilities Alliance for the groundbreaking of the Fulton Energy Center on June 10th.

As part of MPUA’s “Building MO Power” initiative, the Fulton Energy Center represents an important step toward strengthening local energy resilience and delivering reliable, affordable power to communities across Missouri. Once operational, the natural gas facility will provide approximately 15–16 MW of electric capacity to support MPUA’s wholesale power members and communities including Fulton, Hannibal, and New Madrid.

We’re excited to see this project move into construction and look forward to our continued partnership with MPUA.
