PPS Services Group provided the detailed design engineering as part of an EPC team with ProEnergy for a 150 MW simple cycle power plant utilizing three General Electric LM6000 combustion turbine generators. The Power Plant will use gasified liquid natural gas to produce electric power for the La Paz LNG Terminal owned by New Fortress Energy.
The Project included a 2 MW black start diesel generator to provide electrical power to the LNG compressors and a combustion turbine generator to start the plant without requiring back feed from the utility.
