Wiregrass II AC Solar Power Project

PPS Services Group provided project development and preliminary engineering services for a 2.7MW AC Solar Power Project consisting of solar module arrays mounted to single axis tracker systems feeding DC power into rack mounted inverters. AC power feeds an electrical building housing LV electrical gear with cable bus runs to a step-up transformer.

The Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) and Interconnect Agreement required a power factor of 0.9 and limiting the megawatt output to 2.7MW.
